Denver, September 5, 2008 – Leviton announces the launch of their new Pro Level Integration Program for Vizia RF +. In a focused effort to identify products that enhance or extend the value of the popular Vizia RF + home lighting control products, Leviton’s new program will identify selected products and promote them as ‘recommended products’ for compatibility with Vizia RF +.
“This level of official recognition and brand awareness with Vizia RF + is key to providing the professional installer with the confidence they must have to recommend compatible products that have been proven to integrate well with Vizia RF +,” says Grant W. Vizia RF + technology has grown to become today’s most frequently requested lighting control system based on the Z-Wave® technology, by a margin of almost three to one. Leviton has applied many of the features and benefits to Vizia RF + technology that it has learned over the years as a leader in lighting control industry. By developing the Pro Level Integration list and website content for integrators and installers to access, Leviton is proving that it is actively listening to the industry and developing programs to improve the home and lighting control experience.
The Pro Level Integration program will identify quality products that meet and exceed expectations in seventeen categories including access control, bulb technology, energy management, HVAC, integrated home control systems, remote monitoring, shade control, and touch screen technology. Each manufacturer or developer will have access to the Pro Level Program only by invitation. Upon acceptance, Leviton will verify performance expectations. Manufacturers will be asked to provide specific marketing materials for each product and will be represented on Leviton.com as a recommended product. Although Leviton will not sell the recommended products directly, their exposure on Leviton.com provides a direct link back to each manufacturer for additional information and product sourcing.
