BERK-TEK Cable
BERK-TEK™ cable solutions support enterprise networks, data centers, campuses, smart buildings, and other structured cabling environments with copper and fiber infrastructure designed for reliable network performance.

What is BERK-TEK Cable?

BERK-TEK is Leviton's cable brand for structured cabling infrastructure. The portfolio includes copper and fiber optic cable solutions used to connect network devices, support enterprise communications, enable Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, and build high-performance data center and campus networks.

Since its founding in 1961, BERK-TEK grew to be a top-tier cabling provider in the North American enterprise and data center structured cabling market. The company's New Holland, Pennsylvania, facility has expanded several times and is now one of the largest dedicated four-pair cabling manufacturing facilities in the country. Leviton Manufacturing acquired BERK-TEK in 2020 and invested $25 million to expand its fiber manufacturing facility to more than double its size in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. As part of this acquisition the BERK-TEK name was integrated into Leviton's portfolio of product brands — a move that strengthens our global identity while preserving the brand equity and customer loyalty built by BERK-TEK over six decades.
