Daryoush Larizadeh is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Leviton. He is a 20-year veteran of the company and is only the fourth person to hold the position of President since the company’s inception in 1906. In his current role, as well as throughout his entire career at Leviton, Daryoush’s vision is to build on Leviton’s long and successful history of innovation to achieve growth by focusing on product development, design, and in-house manufacturing. Additionally, Daryoush is credited with implementing structural changes that reshaped the company into market- and customer-focused business units, thus transforming Leviton. Under Daryoush’s leadership, Leviton has had solid annual growth rates, strong sales, and employs over 7,400 employees worldwide.
Prior to being appointed President and CEO in 2021, Daryoush also served as Leviton’s COO from 2006 and then both COO and President since 2015, when he became responsible for all facets of the company globally.
Previous to his time at Leviton, Daryoush spent more than a decade as a business management consultant, where he applied his expertise in strategic growth planning, acquisition integration, and product development processes to various consulting roles. Before his time as a consultant, he served as project and process engineer and plant manager for American Cyanamid.
Daryoush serves as a board member on the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Board of Governors. Daryoush holds a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
