Lucy Guilherme is the Chief Financial Officer at Leviton. Lucy’s primary responsibility as CFO is the planning, implementation, and management of all finance activities at Leviton, including business planning, reporting, pricing, budgeting, risk management, tax, and acquisition due diligence. Lucy is also a member of the Leviton Board and has played an integral role in the implementation of Hyperion, transitioning the reporting from a US centric focus to a global consolidated basis, and more recently improving the pricing process and analysis capabilities.
Before being named CFO, Lucy began her career at Leviton in April 2010 as Corporate Controller. After two years, she was promoted to Vice President, Finance, and in 2021 she was named Leviton’s CFO. Prior to joining Leviton, Lucy worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years as a manager serving some of Long Island’s largest privately held companies, including Leviton.
Lucy serves as a board member of the Long Island Association (LIA). In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University, C.W. Post.
