2023 Captain Code is Here!
National Electrical Code® (NEC®) Update
The 2023 National Electrical Code is here, and all contractors should stay up to date on the biggest changes. A significant area of change in the 2023 NEC is the inclusion of 10 Amp circuits and Copper-Clad Aluminum wire throughout, limited to only certain loads, to achieve cost savings while using smaller sized circuits.
Before you start installing any 10 Amp circuits you should check out the 2023 Captain Code for applicable circuits, direction and limitations.
